Terms of service
These terms cover your use of Reunion HQ, a family reunion management application provided by AppWorld 360 ("we", "us"). By buying a plan or using the app you agree to them.
What you are buying
A license to use Reunion HQ for one family reunion organization, for the term shown at checkout. Each plan covers 15 months from the date we set your app up, except the Fundraiser plan, whose setup and maintenance fee covers the same period.
At the end of the term the app continues only if you renew. Renewal is charged at the plan's renewal rate, not the full purchase price.
Your account and your family
The person who creates the family app is its Owner. The Owner decides who else may enter it and at what level of access, and is responsible for those decisions.
- You are responsible for the content your family adds — photographs, names, contact details, messages and financial records.
- You must have permission from the people whose details you enter, and you must not enter information about children without the consent of a parent or guardian.
- We cannot see inside your family's app unless you invite us. When you remove that access it ends immediately.
Money handled inside the app
Dues, merchandise orders, excursion payments and donations are arrangements between your family and your family members. We are not a party to them, we do not hold those funds, and we are not responsible for collecting, refunding or reconciling them.
On the Fundraiser plan we retain $2.95 from each member subscription — that covers card processing of about $0.55 and an administration fee of $2.40. The remaining $5.00 is yours. That plan is designed around at least 50 active subscribers. If your family stays well below that we will discuss moving you to Planner Plus, and we will not move you without speaking to you first.
Payments to us
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any sales tax, which is added at checkout where it applies.
What you may not do
- Resell, sublicense or share your app with an organization other than your own family
- Use it to send unsolicited messages, or to text people who have not agreed to be texted
- Upload unlawful material, or material you do not have the right to share
- Attempt to reach another family's data, or to work around the app's access controls
Availability
We work to keep the app available and your data safe, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, supplier outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using the app at any time; see the refund policy for what that means financially. We may suspend or end access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, and will tell you why.
After a term ends without renewal we keep your family's data for 90 days so you can come back or export it. After that it may be deleted permanently.
Liability
Reunion HQ is a planning tool. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost donations, or consequential losses.
SMS terms of service
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on reunionhq.app, you agree to receive information messages (appointment reminders, account notifications, follow-ups to your demo or information request, etc.) and promotional messages (promo codes, customer satisfaction surveys, new product updates and upcoming events) from Reunion HQ (AppWorld 360). Providing a phone number is optional and is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP or email us at kimberly@yourappworld.com. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
We will never send your private information by text. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you we will tell the Owner by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app afterwards means you accept the change.
