Renewal after that is $99 a year for every plan. Change your mind inside those 30 days and you can move up, or down as far as Planner Plus — we simply charge the new amount on day 30, with nothing extra today and nothing to refund.

The Fundraiser App Plan

What if the app paid for the reunion?

Your family subscribes at $7.95 a month — about the price of a sandwich — and $5.00 of every payment goes straight into your reunion fund. The app stops being a cost and becomes the fundraiser.

They subscribe from the same link that registers them, and you watch it build in the committee dashboard, month by month, with every subscriber named.

We ask for 50 subscribers to make the plan work. If your family stays well below that, we will talk to you about moving to Planner Plus — never without speaking to you first.

Questions

The things committees actually ask.

How do I cancel, and what do I get back?

The activation fee is not refundable — it pays for the work of setting you up, which starts the day you buy.

Cancel inside your first 30 days and the balance is never charged. Not charged and refunded — never charged at all.

Between day 31 and day 60, the balance has been taken and we refund it if you ask. From day 61 it is not refundable, and your app runs to the end of its cycle.

You cancel from inside your app — Settings, Your plan, Request cancellation — or by writing to us. The date you ask is the date that counts, and we email you a dated confirmation the moment you do. Cancelling never deletes your photographs or your records.

Does every family member need to create an account?

No. Registering their household takes one link and no account at all — that is how you get fifty people signed up from one group text. An account is only needed for the things that come later: reserving an outing, ordering a shirt, posting photographs. Signing in is an email and a code, never a password.

Our older relatives are not good with technology.

They do not have to be. There is no app to install and no password to remember — they tap a link you text them and fill in a form. If they never open it again, the committee can register and check in on their behalf, which is exactly what the Planner is built for.

What happens to our information after the reunion?

It stays. The registrations, photographs, family tree and history are all still there at your next renewal, so the following committee starts with everything the last one built instead of a blank page.

Your family's data is visible only to people you have invited. We cannot see inside your app unless you let us in, and you can remove us with one tap when the setup is done.

Can we change plans later?

Yes — at any point in your first 30 days, before the balance is charged. Open Settings, then Your plan, and move up or down (the lowest you can move to is Planner Plus). We simply charge the new plan's balance on day 30 instead of the old one: nothing extra today, and nothing to refund. After day 30, give us a call and we will sort it out with you. Most families start on Gathering; the ones that move usually move up.

What does 15 months mean?

Reunions run on a cycle, not a calendar year. Fifteen months covers the planning run-up, the weekend itself and the wind-down afterwards. At the end of the cycle you renew for the $99 a year — the same on every plan — rather than paying the full price again.

How do we collect dues?

Set an amount per adult and per child. Family members pay in the app by card, or through your Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or PayPal handle, and the payment posts itself to the dues ledger. Nobody retypes anything from a list of alerts.

Can we try it before we buy?

Get in touch and we will walk you through a live app on a call, screen to screen, and answer whatever the committee wants to ask. It is a better use of twenty minutes than any demo video.
